What are the payment conditions and which methods do you accept?

For payment, we accept 30% in advance, then balance the payment before shipping out goods. 

How do I place an order?

As soon as you send us an enquiry for a product our sales team will contact you, discuss your requirements with you and send you a quotation for the specified product and personalization. After deciding to place an order with us, the artwork needs to be supplied to the sales person either in a digital format or as a sample for recreation. The sales person will subsequently set up an order form with the specifications for the order. The order form needs to be signed and faxed or emailed back. Further, payment will need to be made in full amount before the order can be processed further. The order is then passed to the job management team who will send you a digital artwork approval form for final sign off before production starts. This way we ensure that the personalization is done correctly and to your satisfaction. Finally your products will be delivered by the date that has been agreed on. Continuous and reliable contact throughout the order and production process is always ensured.

How do I supply my artwork?

You have to supply your artwork in a digital format. Generally we require a vectorised or outlined file which can be created with Adobe Illustrator and normally has the extension .eps. However if you are not able to provide us with that, we can recreate your artwork for you.

What is a setup charge and why do I have to pay it?
Setup charge is the charge for the screens that have to be made in order to print on the product. The screens are created per colour and therefore are charged per colour. The setup also includes the overall process of setting up the machinery for the printing, therefore repeat setup is not always free since machinery has to be setup for every print run.

How can I save time and/or money regarding personalization?
Money and time can be saved mainly by reducing the amount of colours you want to have your personalization in.

What is the minimum quantity per product?

As usual the minimum quantity is 100pcs but depends on the product, where the lowest quantity always reflects the minimum that has to be purchased. Occasionally, you can have a mixture of colours and sizes also for the minimum quantity, however this does not apply for most products.

What is a virtual sample?

A virtual sample illustrates in a digital way how your personalization looks like on a product of your choice. Simply upload your artwork onto our server - you can do this through the enquiry form - and tick the box for ‘Virtual Sample’, so that we can create a virtual sample and email it back to you. Generally, we also offer real product samples to check the quality, but be aware of the fact that those are not personalised. Moreover the price of the plain product could be charged for depending on the value of the sample.

What is your lead time for your products?

The general the lead time for our products is 7 to 9 working days from artwork approval. However, we suggest that you ask one of our sales representatives for further information, as the lead time varies from product to product. We also offer fast track services for selected products which can reduce production time to just 3 days.
